On‑site delivery allows teams to train within their own context and reduces operational disruption. However our Vigilant Defender and Specialist programmes like HEAT and Close Protection are delivered at our training facilities.

Learners are responsible for their personal items; however, secure storage can be arranged where required. Organisations should advise us in advance if learners will be valuables so appropriate arrangements can be made. This will also be on the Joining Instructions of what NOT to bring .
All learners are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the programme. This includes respecting instructors, facilities, and fellow participants. Any behaviour that compromises safety, welfare, or the learning environment may result in removal from the programme.
Laundry facilities may be available depending on the training location and duration of the programme. Where extended stays are required, access to washing facilities will be arranged or alternative provisions will be outlined in the quotation.
Emergency procedures are established for all training locations. Organisations will receive relevant contact information and escalation routes as part of the joining instructions. For on‑site delivery, we work within your organisation’s existing emergency protocols.

Transport is not automatically included but can be arranged where required and agreed during the quotation process. Any transport provisions—such as collection points, transfers, or return travel—will be clearly itemised in the quotation.

Learners should arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for registration, briefing, and preparation. Arrival expectations are included in the joining instructions for clarity.
Learners on our vigilant defender , Athena and specialist courses [ Heat, Close Protection etc ] must arrive before 23.59 hrs on the Sunday prior to the course commencing.
Late arrivals may not be admitted if the programme has already commenced, particularly where safety briefings or mandatory components have been delivered. Organisations are encouraged to ensure learners arrive on time to avoid disruption.
If a learner cannot attend, the organisation should notify Britannia Elite as soon as possible. Options for rescheduling or replacement learners depend on the programme type and will be handled in line with the terms outlined in the quotation.
Certificates are issued after successful completion of the programme and verification of attendance. Organisations may receive digital copies for their records, and physical certificates can be provided where required. All documentation is prepared in line with the details supplied during booking.
