Booking, Quotations & Agreements
You can request a quotation through our contact page. We confirm your requirements, delivery location, group size, and any specialist modules before issuing a written quotation.
No. Once a formal quotation has been issued, there are no additional or unexpected costs. Our quotations are provided free of charge and remain valid for three months.
Each quotation clearly outlines what is included, the scope of delivery, and any operational considerations relevant to your organisation. When you return the signed quotation, the agreed pricing and terms are fixed for the duration of the booking.
We outline cancellation and rescheduling terms during the quotation process. These terms support organisational planning and ensure instructor availability.
Learners complete registration, receive their schedule, and attend a safety and conduct briefing. We also confirm accommodation allocations and issue equipment where required.
Yes. We support multi-year agreements, departmental frameworks, and ongoing competency development programmes.
Availability varies depending on programme type and instructor scheduling. We recommend early booking for departmental or multi-group training.
Britannia Elite accepts both individual learners and organisational group bookings. Individual learners are integrated into scheduled programmes where appropriate, while departments and corporate teams can arrange dedicated group sessions tailored to their operational requirements.
If a learner cannot attend, the organisation should notify Britannia Elite as soon as possible. Options for rescheduling or replacement learners depend on the programme type and will be handled in line with the terms outlined in the quotation.
Training Delivery & Standards
Qualified instructors with operational backgrounds deliver all training. They follow Britannia Elite’s standards for professionalism, safeguarding, and instructional conduct.
Our programmes align with UK, Ugandan, and UAE qualification frameworks. When a course carries formal accreditation, we state this clearly in the course description. We also work with government departments and institutional partners to meet their compliance requirements.
Yes. Our on-site delivery team can train staff at corporate facilities, government departments, and operational environments. This reduces disruption and allows teams to train within their own context.
However, programmes such as Vigilant Defender, HEAT, and Close Protection run exclusively at our training facilities.

Certification & Documentation
Learners receive certificates of completion and, where applicable, competency assessments or attendance records. Organisations may request consolidated training reports for audit or compliance purposes.
Certificates are issued after successful completion of the programme and verification of attendance. Organisations may receive digital copies for their records, and physical certificates can be provided where required. All documentation is prepared in line with the details supplied during booking.
Post-course requirements vary by programme. Some courses may include optional refresher modules, recommended practice, or follow-up assessments. Organisations will receive any relevant post-course guidance as part of the final documentation package.
Accommodation & Welfare
Where accommodation is required as part of the training programme, all essential welfare provisions are included. This typically covers:
- Three meals per day
- Accommodation appropriate to the programme
- Washing and hygiene facilities
- Bedding and sleeping arrangements
- Female sanitary requirements, where applicable
- Sportswear or training kit, where required for specific modules

Accommodation provided as part of a training programme meets appropriate standards for safety, hygiene, and welfare. Facilities include washing areas, bedding, and essential amenities. Where specialist accommodation is required for operational training, this will be clearly outlined in the quotation.
Learners are only required to bring personal items suitable for their stay, such as clothing and basic toiletries. All training materials, specialist equipment, and any required sportswear or kit for specific modules are provided by Britannia Elite unless stated otherwise in the programme outline or quotation.

Yes. Dietary requirements can be accommodated with prior notice. Organisations are asked to confirm any medical, cultural, or religious dietary needs during the booking process so appropriate arrangements can be made.
Basic first-aid provisions are available at all training locations. For programmes delivered at Britannia Elite facilities, trained staff and appropriate medical equipment are present. For on-site delivery at your organisation, we work within your existing emergency procedures and ensure all welfare considerations are addressed in advance.
Yes. Where accommodation is required, separate facilities for female learners can be arranged. We also ensure access to appropriate hygiene and sanitary provisions. Organisations are encouraged to confirm any specific requirements during the booking process so suitable arrangements can be made.
Yes. Organisations are encouraged to notify us of any accessibility or mobility requirements during the booking process. We will assess the training environment and make appropriate adjustments to ensure all learners can participate safely and effectively.
Learners are responsible for their personal items; however, secure storage can be arranged where required. Organisations should advise us in advance if learners will be bringing valuables so appropriate arrangements can be made. This will also be set out in the Joining Instructions, including guidance on what not to bring.
All learners are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the programme. This includes respecting instructors, facilities, and fellow participants. Any behaviour that compromises safety, welfare, or the learning environment may result in removal from the programme.
Laundry facilities may be available depending on the training location and duration of the programme. Where extended stays are required, access to washing facilities will be arranged or alternative provisions will be outlined in the quotation.
Emergency procedures are established for all training locations. Organisations will receive relevant contact information and escalation routes as part of the joining instructions. For on-site delivery, we work within your organisation’s existing emergency protocols.
Where residential training is delivered, appropriate supervision or duty staff arrangements are made based on the nature of the programme and the needs of the learners. These details are confirmed during the planning stage.
Arrival, Travel & Timings
Learners are responsible for arranging their own travel unless otherwise agreed with the organisation. Full location details and joining instructions are provided in advance to support planning. For group bookings, organisations may coordinate transport directly for their teams.
Transport is not automatically included but can be arranged where required and agreed during the quotation process. Any transport provisions — such as collection points, transfers, or return travel — will be clearly itemised in the quotation.
Start times vary depending on the programme. Standard courses begin in the morning, with exact timings confirmed in the joining instructions issued prior to the course. Departments arranging dedicated training may request specific start times during the planning stage.
Learners should arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for registration, briefing, and preparation. Arrival expectations are included in the joining instructions for clarity.
Learners on our Vigilant Defender, Athena and specialist courses (HEAT, Close Protection, etc.) must arrive before 23:59 hrs on the Sunday prior to the course commencing.
Late arrivals may not be admitted if the programme has already commenced, particularly where safety briefings or mandatory components have been delivered. Organisations are encouraged to ensure learners arrive on time to avoid disruption.
International Learners
Yes. Britannia Elite accepts foreign learners for approved programmes. Organisations sponsoring international participants should ensure all travel and visa requirements are met prior to arrival.
Foreign learners should arrive in the country with sufficient time to clear immigration, travel to the training location, and complete registration. Joining instructions will specify recommended arrival windows to support smooth onboarding.
Foreign learners must hold the correct visa or entry status for the duration of the programme. Organisations are responsible for confirming visa requirements with the relevant authorities. Britannia Elite can provide supporting documentation upon request.
Once a booking is confirmed, Britannia Elite will request the necessary learner details to support administrative checks. Where appropriate, we may forward relevant information to the learner’s consulate or embassy to confirm training attendance. It is the organisation’s responsibility to ensure learners obtain the correct visa or entry status for the full duration of the programme before travelling.
Where required, and with the organisation’s consent, Britannia Elite can forward learner details to the relevant consulate or embassy to confirm training participation. This is typically done after booking and before the learner travels.
Transport is not automatically included. However, airport transfers or designated pick-up arrangements can be organised if agreed during the quotation process. All transport provisions will be itemised clearly.
Learners should bring only the personal funds they require for incidental expenses. Accommodation, meals, and training materials are provided where included in the programme. Organisations may advise learners on any additional personal needs.
