Because Britannia Elite delivers training in Uganda, where we process the personal data of individuals in Uganda we also act consistently with Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act 2019 and the Data Protection and Privacy Regulations 2021. Both frameworks share the same core principles, and we apply consistent data protection standards regardless of where the individual is located.
