Vigilant Defender { Security & Civil Defence Training }
We offer extensive courses on a large scale, catering to a wide range of clients, including government and corporate entities. Our programmes require a minimum enrolment of 250 participants and can be customised to meet the specific needs of each client.
Practical-Based Learning Methodology
Our teaching approach emphasises practical-based learning, integrating realistic live operations alongside theoretical instruction. At the conclusion of each course segment, candidates undergo a rigorous large-scale practical exercise to assess their understanding and validate the effectiveness of the training. We prioritise continuous improvement through candidate interviews and weekly updated feedback diaries, providing live feedback for our instructors and ensuring course quality and relevance.
Qualification and Certification
We award two in-house qualifications: an overall course pass certificate and a highly significant Weapons Handling Certificate, which is of paramount importance. For other certifications, we adhere to stringent quality control measures, invigilation processes, and registration with various UK Educational Institutes, ensuring industry-wide recognition.
Structured Course Levels
Our courses are structured from Basic Level 1 up to Level 4, allowing candidates to progress incrementally. Each course segment offers valuable experience and leads to specific qualifications. The duration of our courses varies, ranging from 8 days to 6-8 weeks.
Dynamic and Up-to-Date Training
We maintain a dynamic approach to stay current with the latest practices and advancements. By actively engaging with industry professionals, we promptly incorporate any changes or best practices into our training modules.
